Zohair Cader believes that the knowledge, Skills, Interest and Attitude are the highly influencing four factors of an individual’s career success. He has actively engaged with the career guidance session for 8000+ secondary students and 2000+ for higher education students during the period of last 12 years through the psychometric test.
